Dear Sirs,

 

We kindly inform you that the rules applying to the LIM MC Discount Card Programme were altered on 3 April 2008.

As of 4 April 2008 no discount cards will be issued to those who do not hold them yet, nor duplicates will be issued in place of the cards lost or damaged to the patients who held such cards under the LIM MC Discount Card Programme.

The current cards remain valid, according to item 3 of the rules of the LIM MC Discount Card Programme, until 1 September 2008.
